Welcome to Windy Hills Bungalow. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and for booking a stay at our property.

1. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation by our management. When you make a booking, you are entering into a contract with Windy Hills Bungalow. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, subject to a full refund if applicable.

• A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment or a designated advance deposit is required as per the specific booking terms at the time of reservation.
• Prices are subject to change, but the price quoted at the time of your confirmed booking will be honored.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be accommodated subject to availability and prior arrangement.
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges unless agreed upon in advance.
• Valid government-issued identification (National Identity Card or Passport) must be presented upon check-in for all staying guests as per local regulations.

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or "no-shows" will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Property Rules and Guest Conduct

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to protect the natural environment of Belihuloya:

• Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and enclosed public areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor spaces.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
• Wildlife & Environment: Please respect the local flora and fauna. Do not litter or disrupt the natural surroundings.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our guests, Windy Hills Bungalow shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal property during their stay, unless resulting from our direct negligence. Guests utilize the natural environment, trails, and outdoor facilities at their own risk.
